We are Hiring a Lead HVAC Installer to be part of the team! Due to growth in our company, we have an immediate opening for a Lead Installer, someone with experience leading a residential retrofit / changeout team. No new construction.

Job Title : Lead HVAC Installer

Pay : $65,000 - $100,000 per year. Piece Rate competitive hourly rate & bonuses

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7 : 30am to 5 : 00pm - flexible according to job

What you will be doing :

Pick up box truck at the shop every morning

Dispatched jobs via Service Titan

Retrofit / Changeout installation of residential HVAC systems (99% Residential)

High efficiency HVAC systems, heat pumps, 90% furnaces and AC

Communicating systems

High-end Mitsubishi systems

Formal commissioning via Measure Quick

Customer Service

Opportunity to train and share knowledge

Qualifications / Skills

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

3 years of residential retrofit installation experience

Lead install job experience

Universal EPA Certification

Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes

Able to carry 100lbs overhead with assistance

High School Diploma or GED

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and MVR upon being given a conditional offer of employment
