Independence Title in the Austin Area, Texas (Buda Office), a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking an Experienced Escrow Assistant. Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
The Escrow Assistant is responsible for:
- Coordinating the collection of information to finalize a home sale.
- Handling A to Z processing: frontend, curative for Schedule C, working up CDs/HUDs, as needed, and post-closing/funding tasks.
- Having comfortable knowledge in reviewing contracts and commitments.
- Communicating professionally, respectfully and effectively, verbally and in writing, with customers and co-workers.

Qualifications:
- A High School diploma or equivalent is required
- A minimum of 2 years of Escrow experience, front-end and backend, required
- Experience with RamQuest system preferred, but not required
- Great written and verbal communication skills required
- Able to work proficiently with technology and in fast paced environment
- Microsoft Suite proficient, including Outlook
