We are currently hiring Paraprofessionals / Instructional Aides for multiple school districts in Salunga, PA for the current and upcoming school year.

Job Summary:

As a Paraprofessional, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to assist students with diverse learning needs. You will play a key role in providing individualized support, reinforcing classroom instruction, and creating an inclusive learning environment where students can thrive academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
• Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students with special needs.
• Support students with daily tasks, including academic, social, and behavioral development.
• Assist in classroom management to create a safe and structured learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to ensure student success.
• Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere to support student engagement.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Experience: Prior experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred.
Skills: Strong communication, patience, and the ability to work collaboratively with students and staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $16.38 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
