Job Description
We are looking for a Benefits Enrollment Specialist to connect with members virtually via Zoom, guiding them through their benefits and offering support throughout the enrollment process. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, proficiency in computer skills, excellent time management, and organizational skills, along with a team-oriented and positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual meetings via Zoom to individually present and explain benefits to union and veteran members.
- Reach out to interested members by phone to schedule and conduct benefit presentations.
- Ensure punctuality and adhere to scheduled meetings and deadlines.
- Quickly and effectively resolve any issues that arise during the enrollment process.
- Accurately enter and manage data for enrolled members.
- Learn and efficiently use company systems to stay updated on benefit plans and streamline work processes.
- Keep up to date with the latest changes and updates to benefit offerings.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Zoom.
- Quick learner with the ability to master and apply new information effectively.
- Receptive to feedback and willing to adapt to build strong relationships.
- Strong time management skills and self-discipline to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
- High school diploma or GED required.
