Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Calling clients that requested their benefits.
- Setting appointments with clients to review their benefits with them.
- Reviewing benefits virtually through Zoom with the client.
- Enrolling clients in their benefits.
- Completing the report card with each client once the benefits overview is complete
