Key Responsibilities : Sales and Business Development : Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurturing long-term client relationships. Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Recruiting and Talent Acquisition : Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to hiring. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive outreach and networking.
Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and match them to the best-fit opportunities. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop hiring plans.
