Expected salary range of $72,900 to $81,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Assist with creating and implementing recruiting programs strategies that maximize best practices to attract and hire top talent. Support the governance, oversight, perform and support for university recruiting and early outreach activities as well as the national and strategic programs, enterprise-wide. Support and perform specific activities including, but not limited to; providing logistics, training sessions prior to and at events at universities, technical schools, junior colleges, diversity national conferences and military schools/classes. Provide direction and support to the organization in the areas of co-op, intern undergraduate and graduate level recruiting as applicable. Consult with the OpCo Recruiting teams and line leaders to design and/or continually improve recruiting strategies and tactics, programs and processes designed to increase quality of hire, reduce recruiting expenses, and speed the acquisition of talent. Maintain relationships with key external contacts and vendors as necessary. Provide support and function as a team member of the Corporate Talent Acquisition team.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, college/university representatives, campus diversity & leadership clubs and alumni, secondary schools and organizations, military contacts, diversity organization leaders.
- Develop, track and maintain enterprise-wide program metrics. Analyze data and recommend program changes based on data analytics.
- Plan for recruiting/diversity programs including logistics calls, training sessions. Track and analyze metrics.
- Responsible for all enterprise-wide program logistics.
- Assist with participation of all internal and external surveys and benchmarking tools to continue to position the company to a top employer of choice.
- Create and maintain recruitment content, including but not limited to Management Model, Shared Drives, Share Point, Careers site, LinkedIn, etc.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field.
- 2-5 years relevant experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of recruiting practices and programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Travel required, minimum of 50% potential for more during busy seasons Aug-Dec.
- Must be able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to accommodate different personalities and work styles, team player.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively, while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability and confidence to manage very senior interactions and expectations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior corporate experience with co-op and intern programs.
- Direct college recruiting experience is preferred.
- Experience designing and implementing staffing programs and strategies.
- Social/mobile recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting military talent and translating military experience.
Salary : $72,900 - $81,000
