Job Standards
The Office of Planning and Economic Development is seeking an individual to promote and coordinate programs relating to the fulfillment of the department’s mission and provide support to the Economic Development Division. Complete intake screening of grant applicants for TIF Interior/Exterior Housing Programs, Cannabis, and other funding programs. Provide technical assistance for program navigation for incentive programs. Compile information and prepare proposals, reports and monitor budgets. Conduct and analyze unique research, including economic data on local, state and national economic and community development trends. This position requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of four years of college and one year of related experience, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
