Job Summary
Responsible for providing direct service and case management to clients in any combination of the following programs, Job Training and Employment supports, Personal Essentials Pantry, Cross train in Emergency Housing, Transitional Housing, and Permanent Supportive Housing.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct intake interviews with clients.
- Clean, stock and inventory Pantry
- Independently manage client case load.
- Maintain both paper and electronic client files in an organized manner.
- Perform contemporaneous data entry alongside service provision.
- Track all services provided to and outcomes achieved by clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients based on respect and compassion.
- Network and build relationships with other agencies.
- Be an active team member alongside peers in the Community Services department.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Cross train with other programs in the Community Services Department and support those programs as needed. These programs include but are not limited to: Senior Services
Qualifications & Experience
- Valid Drivers license
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, Human Services, or related field preferred.
- Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Requires proficiency in utilizing computers, databases, word, outlook and spreadsheets.
- Ability to function independently.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
