- Master AO’s proven system and online software within 90 days for leadership qualification
- Host Zoom meetings with individuals and families to discuss their insurance needs
- Guide clients through the enrollment process, providing assistance and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with team members and mentors to hone skills
- Help developnew team membersthroughleading by example
