Role Overview As a Virtual Benefits Representative , you will drive revenue growth by connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to contribute to a team focused on success and professional development. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement : Connect with warm leads to identify and assess client needs. Product Presentation : Present products and services via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong client relationships for ongoing business. Sales Targets : Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team success. Collaboration : Work with the team and management to refine sales strategies. Industry Knowledge : Stay updated on products, services, and industry trends. Qualifications Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Independence : Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
