As a Bellhop, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that residents and guests feel welcome and are provided with the highest level of service. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with moving personal items, handling luggage, and providing friendly support for any special needs that residents or guests may have.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and guests with a positive, professional attitude.
- Assist with luggage, groceries, and other personal items, transporting them to and from residents’ apartments.
- Provide assistance with deliveries, packages, and requests for building services.
- Ensure that the entrance and lobby areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Coordinate with building management and Board of Directors to ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the AOAO management.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor with a focus on providing excellent service.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and assist with moving personal belongings up and down a maximum of four flights of stairs.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but not required.
Must be dependable and able to work well independently and as part of a team.
Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays if needed.
