Maintenance Technician – Full-Time
Location: Hawaii Kai Peninsula AOAO
We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Hawaii Kai Peninsula AOAO! This is a full-time position ideal for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair of property components, including:
- Electrical systems (lights, switches)
- Plumbing fixtures (sinks, toilets)
- Carpentry, drywall, and stucco repair
- Painting and surface preparation
- Maintain and repair Association buildings and equipment
- Clean and maintain pool, spa, and fountains
- Complete additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in building maintenance or construction trades
- Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance
- CPO certification a plus (Certified Pool Operator)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $21–$25 (based on experience)
- Paid Time Off: 160 hours annually
- Holidays: 12 paid holidays per year
