Aloha! We are seeking a FULL-TIME DAY-SHIFT mature, dependable, motivated MAINTENANCE TECHNCIAN to help support the management of our AOAO Condo Association in HAWAII KAI.. Attitude, energy, personality, and work ethic are all important attributes and although maintenance experience preferred, we are willing to train the right individual.
There is one position for immediate hire.
DAY-SHIFT position hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm (1/2-hour lunch break) Mon-Fri.
Seniors welcome. Steady 40-hour work weeks.
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG TEST

Job Description:
Janitorial for common areas, general basic maintenance, pool cleaning, grounds cleaning and maintenance. Performs general landscaping maintenance including, but not limited to, sting trimming, mowing, blowing, pruning, edging, hedge trimming, debris removal, weeding, brush/tree removal and planter bed detailing. On-site maintenance and House Rules enforcement.
Job Requirements:
Good people skills.
Basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, painting, electricity and irrigation systems.
Able to use power tools.
Able to work on ladders and alongside operating machinery.
Able to lift 50 pounds.
Able to swim, clean pools and spas.
