POSITION OVERVIEW :
The Graphic Designer II will report to the Creative Director and be responsible for concept, development, and production of product packaging, print ads, catalog layout, photography and other miscellaneous materials. The Graphic Designer II will work hand and hand with the Marketing Managers and Engineers to withhold brand standards on projects. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and experience with an understanding of the industry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Design Responsibilities :
- Oversee and adhere to brand standards and guidelines.
- Day-to-day graphic design projects may include : clipped images, logos, print advertisement, packaging design, new product guides, catalog layout / design, digital designs (email and web), and instore merchandising graphic assets.
- Execute packaging design and other creative projects from concept to completion.
- Ensure the brand message is executed through design and deadlines are met.
- Take on AOB company design projects as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment and Personal Protective Equipment :
Within any of our facilities, employees may be exposed to manufacturing noise, airborne liquid chemicals, fine particulate dust, ambient temperatures, and industrial lighting. The work environment is similar to most manufacturing and distribution operations.
