Position Overview :

Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, the Paid Media Specialist will completely own the paid media landscape for a number of Brands within the American Outdoor Brands portfolio. We are looking for a passionate digital marketer who has experience in Amazon Ads, Google Ads, and Paid Social channels. This position will be given the opportunity to work closely with multiple Brands, Creative teams, and the rest of the eCommerce team, developing media strategy and executing campaigns for large, nationwide brands. This position requires you to hit the ground running and the ability to work from experience is critical.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Work cross-functionally with various AOB departments to develop, create and execute paid media campaigns for various brands.
• Own management of budgets, bids, pacing and performance across multiple channels for multiple brands.
• Understand our brands’ target audiences and develop effective campaigns to acquire new customers.
• Develop actionable insights through A / B testing for use by brand and creative teams.
• Own campaign performance reporting and develop strategies for optimization, growth and new opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned by their manager.
