Summary
AOC Solutions, Inc. is seeking an accounting professional with five (5) years of Federal financial management experience to assist with accounting support operations at one of our Federal clients. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting reimbursable agreements within the agencies accounting system and providing financial analysis and support on various topics including: project management and tracking, submitting reimbursable packages for intragovernmental customer reference and review, interface with the agencies central accounting office to provide reimbursable project invoice approval, and obligation analysis, validation, and reconciliation.
Requirements:
- Active Secret Clearance
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or in a Business field from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in financial analysis and project management consulting for Federal clients required.
- Certifications such as PMP, CPA, or CGFM preferred.
- Federal Interagency Agreements/ Intragovernmental Transactions/ G-Invoicing
- Financial Management System Data Analysis/ Reconciliation; Oracle Applications a Plus
- Invoicing and Collections
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform functional, technical, and administrative tasks, as assigned, to support project and task completion on time and within budget.
- Perform financial analysis, research, and tracking of interagency funding.
- Communicate directly with client to validate and reconcile financial information.
- Support status reporting development and delivery to the client.
