We are dedicated to excellence and committed to delivering value to our clients. We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Fort Worth office. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be an efficient communicator, proficient in office software, and able to assist with administrative duties in a fast-paced work environment.

Job Description:

As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems. This role is also associated with data entry, preparing reports, and managing office supplies to serve as the point of contact for internal teams, clients, or vendors and often perform bookkeeping or HR duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Office Support: Answer phones, direct calls, and take messages as needed.
  • Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Data Entry & Record Keeping: Input and maintain accurate data in various software systems and files, ensuring organization and confidentiality.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain office supplies and equipment as necessary.
  • Mail Management: Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail/packages.
  • File Management: Organize, scan, and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
  • Other Administrative Duties: Assist with various tasks as needed, including assisting HR with new hires, assisting accounting with basic invoicing/payroll, or helping with event coordination.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or certification in office administration or higher degree.
  • 1-3 years of administrative or clerical experience, or similar office support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, and familiarity with office equipment such as copiers and fax machines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with various departments and clients.
  • Strong ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
  • Able to handle basic office challenges and troubleshoot effectively.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.

Compensation and benefits:

  • $16-$22 per hour based on education and experience.
