Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to all business units, ensuring compliance with IT standard operating procedures, and managing IT security and infrastructure within Aon Korea and Aon Japan. Additionally, they will support and execute IT initiatives locally, manage vendors, provide guidance and coaching for new end users on Company systems, perform hardware and software maintenance, and assist the IT Team Lead in executing and meeting Company goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 years relevant IT & Business support experience in an ITIL environment
- Good written and communication skills in English
