IT Support Specialist (Hybrid – Mostly Remote)
Location: Hybrid (Remote with Onsite Every Other Thursday)
Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role
About the Role:
We are looking for a Service Desk Specialist to provide technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and assist users in a fast-paced environment. If you have strong customer service skills and experience with Active Directory or Azure, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to service desk calls and tickets
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Provide remote technical support using helpdesk tools
- Maintain system efficiency and documentation
- Test and evaluate software and hardware for agency use
- Contribute to a knowledge base and collaborate with teams
- Lift up to 50 lbs for occasional hardware setup
Qualifications:
- 1 year of IT support or service desk experience
- Strong customer service skills and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience with Active Directory and/or Azure (preferred)
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Ability to work hybrid (remote with onsite every other Thursday)
