We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Webhelp. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our Windows-based infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist on-and-off site network users in a Call Centre or Business Centre through LAN, applications and hardware support
- Responsible for moves, additions and changes to software, hardware and network as they relate to office space reorganization, facilities relocation or facilities start-up
- Collaborate and contribute with team members, software vendors, and other technical staff to develop, design, implement, and continuously improve systems
Requirements:
- Self-starter and ready to learn
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of Windows OS, DHCP, DNS, WINS, Active Directory
