What the day will look like.
At Aon, this role will build the Data and AI practice for a team. The person in this position will also lead the business outcome to technical milestones. This is a strategic oversight opportunity versus hands-on.
The position entails the following responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and hire an extraordinary software development team.
- Design, implement, and deploy highly distributed, large-scale services.
- Lead complex, multi-team, multi-functional projects.
- Participate actively in hiring and career development within and outside the team.
- Play a critical role in business planning, collaborating with senior leaders to develop business targets and resource needs.
- Define long-term technical and business strategies and goals.

Pay Transparency Laws :
The target salary range for this position is $190,000- $215,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
