Role Overview :
As a key member of our Talent Analytics team, the Qualtrics Product Specialist will serve as the primary technical expert in talent experience and compliance survey systems. You will engage directly with internal clients to assess and address their needs, ensuring the seamless operation, enhancement, and expansion of survey initiatives. This role demands a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer value and driving measurable outcomes. You will report to the Talent Analytics team and work in close collaboration with HRIS, data, and integration teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Utilize deep knowledge of the Qualtrics EX Platform for survey design, automation, reporting, integration, customization, and ongoing management
- Take full ownership of the day-to-day operations and administration of the Qualtrics EX platform and its associated solutions
- Proactively identify and propose enhancements to the Qualtrics EX platform to better meet organizational needs
- Foster strong relationships across teams and champion best practices in survey design and data reporting
- Manage and execute complex technical projects both independently and in collaboration with others, with a keen eye on system architecture to avoid disruptions during new integrations
- Serve as the primary contact for addressing user inquiries related to digital product features and functionalities
- Lead initiatives to boost user engagement and adherence to best practices through strategic communication, comprehensive documentation, and well-coordinated product launches
