Job Summary :

Technical Product Owner with specific expertise in Drupal, WordPress, CI / CD to lead the

development of innovative and user-friendly brand websites. The ideal candidate will have a

strong background in both technical aspects and product management, ensuring the

delivery of high-quality web solutions tailored to our business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Product Management :
  • Define product vision and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders and development

teams.

  • Develop, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the team is working

    • on tasks that maximize business value and deliver necessary fixes and functionality to all

    customers.

  • Technical Leadership :
  • Lead the development of Drupal and WordPress platforms, ensuring best practices,

    • performance, and security.

  • Oversee the implementation of necessary plugins and modules and handle any technical

    • issues or bugs related to Drupal and WordPress.

  • Collaboration & Communication :
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, development, and marketing to

    • ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

  • Communicate product progress, key issues, and resolution strategies effectively to

    • all stakeholders.

  • Requirements Management :
  • Elicit, analyze, and prioritize requirements, and translate them into functional and

    • non-functional user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Validate that product deliverables meet functional and design specifications and

    • requirements.

    Qualifications :

    Education & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in a technical role

    • focused on Drupal, WordPress and other brand website development platforms and

    frameworks

  • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and knowledge of SEO best

    • practices.

    Soft Skills :

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.

    • Preferred :

  • Certification in Product Ownership or Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with other CMS platforms and web development frameworks.
