Aon in partnership with Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a Director - Risk Manager - Commercial
Work Style : Hybrid - work in the Chicago office 2-3 days a week.

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Director level Risk Manager to join its global team. The position reports to the Executive Director Global Risk Management.
This is a management level position with 3 direct reports. The primary focus and responsibility will be leading JLLs Commercial Team ( Casualty, Excess / Umbrella , Aviation, Environmental, Receivership & Surety programs) to deliver both strategic and tactical results in line with and supporting JLLs goals, objects and business operations.
The position is located in Chicago ; some travel required, primarily in the U.S. The position will provide insurance and risk management advice and support to JLL stakeholders and will coordinate with the other Jones Lang Lasalle risk management personnel.

Pay Transparency Laws :
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $180,000 to $190,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicants education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicants geographic location.
The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Chicago, IL. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aons annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
