National Healthcare Professional Liability -Senior Claims Consultant - Remote United States
Job Responsibilities :
Understanding client needs and programs
- Identify Healthcare client HPL exposures via quantitative loss analyses, qualitative reviews, discovery sessions with client stakeholders to provide consulting advice and services designed to mitigate exposures and drive operational improvement for clients.
- Improve client HPL claims management programs by examining and analyzing program elements and build best practice-oriented approaches to claims cost containment.
- Conduct and support risk , clinical quality, and safety process assessments with a focus on operational improvement and financial exposure mitigation; deliver virtual, onsite visits and reports summarizing findings and recommendations.

Travel : Approximately 25%
Required Experience : 10 years of experience as an accredited claims professional, additional credentials such as a registered nurse or 5 or more years in the safety / risk management in industry and / or insurance consultation with 5 years of direct clinical experience in healthcare.
Education : Bachelor Science / Art or Master Level in business, healthcare or related technical major.

Pay Transparency Laws :
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) $160,000 to $180,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
Whether it is bonus / commission eligible
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
