Our team provides consulting to clients operating any type of business or in non-profit sectors, and serves customers located throughout the continental united states and the world.
We perform physical security related assessment and consultation services, which typically touch upon workplace violence and active assailant / shooter reviews.
Ours is a multi-disciplinary security consulting business for personnel security, operations security, industrial security, healthcare security, school security, communications security, general security, physical security, and executive / people protection, while also being adaptable and flexible to dynamic security situations as we discover or as the client requests.
All engagements will require travel.
Preferred workstyle : hybrid - western Connecticut.
Alternative workstyle : Virtual - near international airport or other Aon office.
Candidates shall possess Physical Security experience with :
- Ability to digest voluminous policy, procedure, training, video, contracts, post orders in preparation for site work.
- Conduct effective entry and exit inspections and recommendations.
- Observe and critique facility access control, to include visitor control / escorting and access badge creation, issuing and tracking.
- Observe and critique perimeter security.
- Observe and critique CCTV, alarm systems and current augmented AI systems.
- Perform evaluation of contracted or internal guard services and performance.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent people, communications and writing skills.
- Facility with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Valid US driver / operator license.
- Valid US passport.
Preferred qualifications :
- Experience from prior law enforcement, military, environmental health and safety (EHS) or equivalent learned skills.
- Project management skills a plus.
- Interview skills.
- Report writing skills.
- Ability to work on any project independently.
- Prior work experience within HR for workplace violence.
- Prior work experience within any department for active assailant / shooter.

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $110,000 to $135,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
