Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SAP technology delivery, including the full lifecycle of SAP implementation projects and operations.
- Oversee project delivery to ensure that it is executed in accordance with the project plan, timelines, and quality standards.
- Manage customer relationships, providing consistent updates and managing escalations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to align project objectives with business goals.
- Facilitate business analysis and process transformations to ensure that SAP solutions meet the organization's evolving needs.
- Ensure effective change management processes are in place to guide users through new systems and process implementations.
- Mentor and support team members to help them grow their skills and competencies in SAP technology and project management.
- Manage communication with customers, ensuring that project goals and expectations are clearly defined and met.
- Stay up-to-date with SAP innovations, including S/4HANA and related technologies.
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP implementation projects and/or module configuration & support within large-scale projects or programs.
- Experience as a Project Manager, Operation Manager, or in a similar senior leadership role within SAP projects.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships, resolve escalations, and ensure client satisfaction at all levels.
- Knowledge of SAP technologies, including SAP Activate, S/4HANA, ECC, and other related technologies.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Office, MS Project, SharePoint, and other tools for managing large projects.
- Experience in change management, business analysis, and guiding organizations through process transformations.
- SAP Certified Associate - Project Manager (SAP Activate Certification) is preferred.
- Previous experience working in consulting environments, especially in SAP-related projects.
