Title: SAP S/4 HANA Deliver Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA programs, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality objectives are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and SAP technical/functional teams.
- Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA solutions.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk logs, and status reports.
- Manage project governance, including steering committee meetings, status updates, and executive communication.
- Oversee SAP project team members (internal & external), including functional consultants, developers, and testers.
- Ensure successful data migration, testing, user training, and hypercare support.
- Drive adherence to SAP Activate methodology and best practices.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- 8 years of SAP project management experience, with at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, etc.).
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across geographies.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification (preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies (a plus).
