Our client, based in the Southtowns, is a thriving healthcare clinic offering a variety of specialized services, including OB / GYN, hematology, oncology, dermatology, and more. As part of a fast-growing medical network, they are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in managing a busy healthcare office with multiple providers and a director, demonstrating a strong ability to adapt to fast-paced growth and operational changes. In this role, you will manage the clinic’s resources, ensure exceptional patient care, and support the ongoing development of staff in a collaborative environment. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM position, located in Orchard Park, NY, with no holiday or weekend shifts required.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth patient scheduling, billing, and administrative workflows.
- Monitor practice performance and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and patient care.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop clinic staff, including administrative and clinical team members.
- Coordinate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for patient care and operational needs.
- Foster collaborative relationships with physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) to align clinical and operational goals.
- Address operational needs and resolve issues promptly to enhance the provider experience and optimize workflows.
- Manage practice budgets in collaboration with the Director of Operations, tracking expenses and ensuring financial sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, OSHA, and other healthcare standards.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives and monitor performance to ensure high standards of care and patient experience.
- Act as the main point of contact between the practice, patients, providers, and the Director of Operations, maintaining clear communication and alignment.
Qualifications :
70,000 - $90,000 annually, plus great health insurance and benefits.
