AP Executive Staffing is hiring a Project Manager to support the growth initiative of our customer, a global leader in design and manufacturing of high-precision sensors, fittings and custom-engineered assemblies. With a diverse spectrum of industry specialties including aerospace, power generation, semiconductor, and industrial applications, this position was created due to the incredible growth in business! With direct management and development of a team of 8 manufacturing engineers, this role is a key contributor to a best-in-class leadership team. Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple engineering projects using project management fundamentals to define plans and technical performance to milestones.
- Provide guidance across multiple projects, building relationships with customers through providing key updates on projects
- Ensure accurate cost basis and/or pricing through evaluation of resource requirements and performing project risk analysis.
- Be a hands-on manager who like to lead by example and has an engineering background, experience managing projects (CAPM or PMP preferred), exceptional communication skills (verbal/written), and who can and will exemplify our core values of integrity, commitment, innovative thinking, customer centric, and teamwork.
Qualifications:
- BA in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering
- 5 years of Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- 3 years of engineering project management experience.
Salary range for this role is $105,000- $128,000
