Responsibilities:

• Learn and Assist: Assist in preparing projects for vinyl application and collaborate with other installers to ensure accurate scaling and fitting of graphics.
• Hands-on Training: Gain knowledge and hands-on experience in standardized removal practices and vinyl installation techniques.
• Stay Current: Stay up to date with the latest trends in the vinyl industry, including color shifts, textures, and new materials.
• Communication: Work closely with team members and managers to ensure smooth project execution and problem-solving.
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrate strong attention to detail in every step of the installation process.

Preferred Abilities:

• Experience with basic hand tools (drills, saws, etc.)
• Customer service experience
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• High school graduate or in the process of obtaining a high school diploma
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
• Motivated to pursue a career in vinyl installation
• Interest in business and professional development
