DuraLabel by Graphic Products is seeking an International Marketing Specialist to develop and execute international marketing strategies, build strong partnerships with our distributors, and ensure brand consistency across all markets. Essential Functions:
- Develop and implement international marketing strategies tailored for Europe, South America, and Asia.
- Manage localization projects, ensuring marketing materials, websites, and campaigns align with branding and messaging guidelines.
- Collaborate with international partners to create and execute joint marketing plans.
- Oversee the translation and adaptation of marketing content for different regions, ensuring cultural relevance and accuracy.
- Use and understand digital marketing tools, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and AI-driven analytics, to enhance global campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities in international markets.
- Help partners coordinate international trade shows, events, and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all international marketing channels.
- Work closely with internal teams, including international sales, product management, and design, to align international marketing efforts with company objectives.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple international marketing initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience in localization processes, translation management, and cultural adaptation of marketing content.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, email marketing platforms, and AI-driven analytics.
- B2B Marketing experience with the ability to develop and nurture relationships with international partners and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
- A good technical aptitude and experience with technology and hardware is a big a plus.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 10% of the time.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, international relations, or a related field (or equivalent working experience).
- 6 years of experience in international marketing, with a focus on localization and global brand management.
- Experience leading joint marketing initiatives with international partners.
- Familiarity with CRM, CMS, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).

- Working Schedule: 40 hours a week. Monday through Friday. In office.
