Job Title : Business Analyst, Associate
Job Location : Miami Gardens, FL (3 days in office / 2 days WFH)
Expected Contract Length / Duration : 12 months

This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from defining requirements and troubleshooting to test development and project management. As a subject matter expert in billing options. You'll support operations and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the application testing process for internal and external applications, including end-to-end user acceptance testing.
- Execute test scripts, report defects accurately, and retest efficiently.
- Collaborate with IT and other business units to resolve technical issues and conduct root cause analysis.
- Ensure all processes are well-documented.
- Build a strong understanding of the technical solutions being delivered and analyze failure points.
