This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects from defining requirements and troubleshooting to test development and project management. As a subject matter expert in billing options. Youll support operations and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the application testing process for internal and external applications including endtoend user acceptance testing.
- Execute test scripts report defects accurately and retest efficiently.
- Collaborate with IT and other business units to resolve technical issues and conduct root cause analysis.
- Ensure all processes are welldocumented.
- Build a strong understanding of the technical solutions being delivered and analyze failure points.
