The Operations Manager for AP4 Services will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operational aspects of the business to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role involves strategic planning & execution, resource planning & development, process optimization, and cost management to meet business objectives and drive continuous improvement. This position is remote. There may be some periodic travel.
What will you do?
- Oversee and manage all business operations focused on Safety, Quality, On time delivery, Productivity, and Cost.
- Design and implement operational strategies, plans, and procedures to promote organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish KPIs and implement analytics and operational tools to identify opportunities for process improvements to improve profitability.
- Key member in the annual budget development and three-year operational forecast for the business.
- Oversee the business Delegation Level of Authority guidelines where applicable.
- Lead the integration of Sales, Inventory, & Operational Planning processes with other business functions, such as sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to align objectives and enhance overall operational performance.
- Lead business operational updates.
- Oversee and organize customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within AP4 Group, encouraging innovation, professional development, and collaboration to achieve strategic goals.
- Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer to develop and implement operational strategies across the organization.
- Other job-related tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field; master’s degree a plus.
- At least 8 years in an operations or program management role. PMP certification is a plus.
- Track record of P&L ownership and driving operational cost improvements.
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with others.
- Strong organizational skills and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
