What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service / Inside Sales Administrator position at APA Solar?
Are you an energetic individual who believes in renewable energy? We are expanding our Inside Sales Department and are looking for a passionate person to assist our Business Development Sales Managers in selling our solar racking solutions. While experience in solar is not necessary, attention to detail, drive, and initiative are more important for success in this role.
Duties:
- Gather information from prospective customers to identify and assess their solar racking needs – intakes, project launch documents.
- Track / input customer information in NetSuite (Oracle)
- Ensure a detailed quote is developed and assist with follow up for questions.
- Support a Business Development Manager with first contact of new customer and presentations.
- Internal communication (oral & written) with other APA Departments - Engineering, Project Management, Quoting, etc
- May have occasional travel to trade shows with 95% of the work time spent in the Ridgeville Corners office. Local candidates are preferred
- This position is 100% in office (no remote)
Experience:
- Associates degree in business, business administration or sales or minimum of 1 years of experience or equivalent experience preferred
- Highly energetic and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
- Ability to use all MS Office products, CRM/NetSuite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
