Summary
The outline of these duties has some specific requirements. This position must always be alert and aware of the packaging processes to ensure that the highest quality of production is offered to the customer. This position works closely with all departments to ensure all regulations and requirements are met.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Review and provide disposition for executed packaging records
2. Complete Lot Summary Tracking Spreadsheet upon completion of review for executed records and associated quality events (nonconformance, complaints, and deviations)
3. Complete functions in inventory management system to assign correct disposition of product
4. Communicate with customer representatives for matters concerning executed records
5. File and archive executed records upon completion and disposition
6. Retrieve, review, and file any room logs, tickets and other documents pertaining to controlled items.
7. Communicate with personnel for matters concerning clarifications for executed records.
8. Elevate any matters beyond scope to supervisor
9. Backup to Quality Technicians
10. Must Demonstrate Integrity / Results / Teamwork / Passion / Positive Attitude / Continuous Improvement
11. Any job within our capabilities that needs doing to ensure our customers get the products and service they deserve and need when they need it for our success.
