Blast Yard Projects - Long Term OT! (No per diem)
- $24.00-$28.00/HR
- 7x10's - 7x12's
- Sandblast & Spray - Conventional and Airless
- No DISA or TWIC required
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Prepare and paint a variety of surfaces including ferrous and non-ferrous metals, aluminum, and concrete while ensuring that the finish coatings are to mil spec requirements.
- Utilize various coating and lining equipment including airless spray equipment and plural component pumps.
- Troubleshoot the blast and spray equipment.
- Apply coating via spray application.
- Determine the blast profile and cleanliness in which specification is asking for.
- Mix paint and know the difference in the paints you are using.
- Loading and unloading equipment and materials.
- Clean up of work area, supplies, materials and equipment
- Communicate regularly with the Field Foreman regarding issues and concerns on the job site.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Must be able to tolerate extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time.
- Knowledge regarding the techniques related to the safe use, storage and disposal of paint and cleaning products.
- Knowledgeable on the different types of spray equipment (conventional or airless).
- Proven ability to work safely and follow all safe practices and procedures.
- Has maintained a reliable attendance record.
- Comply with all Apache safety policies and programs.
- Has proven ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 60 – 70 per week
