We are seeking a skilled and experienced Formulation Chemist to develop innovative skincare and cosmetic products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetic chemistry, with a focus on product design and development. This is an in-person, full-time position in Azusa, California.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and optimize skincare, haircare, makeup, and other cosmetic products
- Research and develop new ingredients and technologies to create innovative formulations
- Conduct stability testing and evaluate product performance over time
- Adjust product textures, scents, and performance to meet consumer needs
- Ensure formulations meet regulatory and safety standards (e.g., FDA, EU)
- Collaborate with marketing, packaging, and production teams to bring products to market
- Provide thorough documentation and specifications for each formulation

IMPORTANT NOTE : This position focuses on product formulation and development. Candidates specializing primarily in analytical testing or quality control may not be the best fit for this role.
