What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Apartment Leasing Specialist position at Apartment Community?
We’re looking for a motivated Apartment Leasing Specialist to join our team! If you’re passionate about helping people find their perfect home and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you. To be considered for this role, you need at least one year of onsite experience working in an apartment community, as well as be Fair Housing certified.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet prospective residents and provide exceptional customer service.
- Show apartments, explain lease terms, and highlight community features.
- Handle applications, leases, and move-in processes.
- Collaborate with the team to meet leasing goals.
- Follow-up with prospective residents.
- Walk model units and rent-readies.
Requirements:
- Attendance is important – reliability is a must!
- Weekend availability is required.
- At least (1) year of onsite experience working in an apartment community.
- Fair Housing certified.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred but not mandatory.
