We are seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant, fluent in English and Spanish, for a luxury community in Central Phoenix.
As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a vital role to the property management team by assisting with leasing activities and providing exceptional customer service to current and prospective tenants. Seeking professional, elevated, qualified candidates with a knock for sales.
Duties
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide detailed information about available units
- Process lease applications and assist with lease signings
- Maintain accurate records of rental payments and tenant information
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, conducting unit inspections as needed
- Respond to inquiries from current and prospective tenants in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in the preparation of leasing reports and market surveys
Requirements
- Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi, CRM, AppFolio ect.
- Must be trained in Fair Housing Laws (Arizona)
- Bilingual: English & Spanish fluency required for this position
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Apartment Leasing Consultant
- Reliable transportation
- Availability for a full-time schedule and flexible to work weekends
