We are looking for a Leasing Consultant/ Office Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A high level of customer service skills.
- A "Can Do" attitude with the willingness to support the team in various areas of operations.
- Exceptional Organizational Skills
- Experience using Microsoft word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A desire to develop themselves.
Job duties will include but is not limited to:
- Answering phone, dispatching calls and taking messages.
- Ensuring that each guest is greeted and welcomed into the office.
- Completing tours with potential renters.
- Accepting and entering payments.
- Working guest cards.
- Follow up calls to residents on work orders, renewals, and payment arrangements.
- Assisting with cleaning the office, model, and marketing path as needed.
- Collecting documents from residents and potential renters.
- Updating reports and submitting nightly reports.
