What are the responsibilities and job description for the Monthly Events and Ministry Coordinator position at Apartment Life?
An Apartment Life offsite coordinator is a role designed to serve and engage the residents of an apartment community for a few hours per week (3 hours, on average). They do so by hosting one event per month, and connecting with residents.
These engagements primarily happen in the evenings and on weekends, so most of our offsite coordinators also have full-time jobs during the day. Monthly responsibilities include:
- Coordinating one event each month
- Interacting with residents through visits, events, and/ or social media
- Monthly reporting
- Consistently meeting with property manager/ leasing staff
- Managing receipts, tracking expenses, and following a budget
- Monthly training meetings
An Apartment Life team/coordinator lives offsite and receives an hourly compensation for work.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
