The HR Generalist is well versed in HR best practices including employment law and benefits administration. Works closely with employee relations and legal to ensure compliance in daily HR operations.

Compensation: Full- Time $20.00 to $23.00 per hour

Responsibilities Include
- Process new hire paperwork while maintaining all compliance measures
- Serve as a point of contact for remote and local personnel
- Develop and maintain reporting of HR metrics
- Perform exit interviews and analyze data for trends
- Benefit administration
- Gather and ensure employee leases and documents are complete and accurate
- Correspond with worker’s compensation claim adjusters to ensure claims are processed quickly and correctly
- Other administrative duties such as employment verifications, drug testing, etc.
- Complete regular audits to ensure compliance
- Preferred 1 plus years of experience in a Human Resource role
- Proven experience within the Microsoft Suite with specific attention to Microsoft Excel
- Self-motivated with attention to detail and ability to accurately maintain required logs and records
- Impeccable work ethic with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts
- Strong communications skills
