Responsibilities: - Supervise field staff to ensure company policies and procedures adherence. - Coordinate and assign daily tasks to field employees. - Conduct regular field visits to monitor work progress and provide guidance as needed. - Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints. - Maintain accurate records of field activities and report on performance metrics. - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. - Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving field operations. - Assist in training new field employees on job responsibilities and safety protocols.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES of PHC CLERK
Primary responsibility if to facilitate the communications functions of the business office and provide clerical support. To receive all cases, set them up in the computer, set up a tracking system to meet all time frames and submits paperwork on time to the appropriate programs upon direction of the Supervisor
Requirements: - Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a field-related setting. - Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and reporting. - Familiarity with Google Suite and other relevant software applications. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Fluency in Spanish is a plus (Bilingual proficiency). - Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service. - Effective time management abilities to meet deadlines consistently. - Previous experience as a clerk or in a customer service role is advantageous. - Knowledge of phone systems and file management procedures is preferred.
