Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Utilize computer literacy skills to manage various software applications, including DocuSign for document management.
- Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CEO as needed.
- Transcribe meeting notes and other documents accurately for distribution.
- Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls, directing them appropriately while providing excellent customer service.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for board meetings and other executive functions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong calendar management skills with proficiency in Outlook Calendar.
- Excellent proofreading abilities with an eye for detail.
- Proficient in computer literacy with experience using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Demonstrated ability in event planning and coordination.
- Familiarity with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
