APCO - Golden Grail Group is looking for a Human Resource and Retail Support position to join our team in our office. The Temporary Accounts Payable person is responsible for various functions of the finance department.
This role will be from December 2024 - March/April 2025
Position Profile
The accounts payable position is essential to maintaining company operations through consistent and timely management of bills, bill payments, and AP balances with a high degree of accuracy.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Accurately coding all bills and cash transactions based on company departments and expense classifications.
Collaborate closely with purchasing department regarding on demand payments for deliveries
Process payments owed to suppliers and creditors on-time
Pre-reconcile bank balances and ensure all transactions are entered timely
Maintain vendor directories and account logins
Maintain clear communications with all company departments and company vendors
Reconcile vendor accounts to ensure accuracy
