Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve expectations, and sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operations including inventory management, merchandising, and compliance with company policies.
- Manage shift schedules and ensure effective shift management to optimize staff performance.
- Utilize strong math skills for accurate cash handling, and financial reporting.
- Work with vendors to ensure purchase control.
- Maintain administrative tasks including employee records, performance evaluations, and training documentation.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth among staff members.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role, preferably in retail sales.
