We're on the lookout for a dynamic HR Administrator to be a key player in our growing family. This role is responsible for various administrative tasks ranging from new hire onboarding, terminations, and payroll processing. This is a fast-paced position, that requires superb communication and written skills, as well as a high level of attention to detail.
General responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Onboarding and offboarding staff for our various client accounts.
- Assist in filing client compliance reports such as EEO-1 reports.
- Processing multi-state payroll - knowledge of ADP, Paylocity and Paychex ideal.
- Maintenance of HRIS systems.
- Benefit and workers compensation administration.
- Support recruiting efforts by posting job advertisements, and sorting and selecting top candidates.
- Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures client’s compliance.
- Continues to educate oneself on new aspects and areas of compliance in payroll, benefits and human resources as the opportunity arises.
- Works efficiently both independently and as a member of a larger team.
